Browsing a listing, sending an enquiry or arranging a viewing does not by itself create an agency, purchase, lease, reservation or other property agreement.

We take reasonable steps to present useful and current property information. However, availability, price, measurements, boundaries, tenure, features, images, maps and descriptions may change or may be supplied by property owners, developers, agents or other sources.

Listings are invitations to enquire, not binding offers. You should confirm all material details with us before making a decision or commitment.

Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, tax, valuation, surveying or investment advice. Property decisions should be based on independent checks appropriate to the transaction.

You are responsible for obtaining professional advice, inspecting the property and verifying ownership, title, approvals, boundaries, condition, access, utilities, taxes, fees and any other material matter before entering into an agreement.

When you submit a website enquiry or relocation form, the details you provide are sent through Web3Forms for delivery to Felsic Real by email. If you choose a WhatsApp contact option, a message is sent only when you complete that step in WhatsApp. Email, Web3Forms, telephone and WhatsApp communications may be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Keep your contact details accurate and do not send confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are comfortable using the selected communication channel.

Any reservation, purchase, lease, agency or service arrangement requires separate confirmation and, where applicable, a written agreement setting out the parties, price, fees and other terms.

Do not make a payment based only on website content or an unverified message. Confirm payment instructions directly with an authorised Felsic Real contact and complete appropriate due diligence.

Relocation support may include introductions to independent legal, accounting, immigration, education, healthcare, vehicle, security, insurance or other service providers. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, those providers act independently and are responsible for their own advice, services, fees and terms.

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or data;
• introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or interfere with another person’s use;
• scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
• impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to provide.

The website’s branding, design, copy, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Felsic Real and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, alter, republish or commercially use the content without prior written permission.

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including WhatsApp, mapping, analytics and partner websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct, update, remove or suspend content or functionality without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felsic Real is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on unverified listing information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
